Comments by Governor Cooper about Chatham County Democrats

After his election win, Representative Robert Reives asked if CCDP was planning anything for volunteers because he wanted his campaign to contribute. Thanks to Robert's generosity, both financially and by calling in a favor from Governor Roy Cooper, CCDP was able to throw the best party ever for our amazing volunteers and donors. Thanks also to Senator Natalie Murdock and newly-elected County Commissioner Katie Kenlan for their contributions. We are also grateful to Dr. Bobbie Richardson, former North Carolina Democratic Party Chair, for making the long drive to PIttsboro and showing her appreciation for our work.
