VOTE NO ON ALL THREE 2026 BALLOT AMENDMENTS TO THE NORTH CAROLINA CONSTITUTION

Republicans in the North Carolina General Assembly voted to place three constitutional amendments on the 2026 General Election ballot to increase turnout among conservative voters. Don’t be fooled! Each of these amendments is unnecessary and will harm the citizens of North Carolina. If adopted by voters, these amendments cannot be undone by legislative action. They can only be changed or repealed through future constitutional amendments approved by voters.
