Chatham Democrats turn out for Raleigh rally

Hundreds of North Carolinians gathered on Halifax Mall in Raleigh on Sunday afternoon, January 5, for a rally in support of Justice Allison Riggs as she continues to defend her victory that stands following multiple recounts in the election for Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court.

The rally was hosted by North Carolina Democratic Party Chair, Anderson Clayton, who was joined at the podium by elected statewide and local officials from all over North Carolina.

Chatham County Democrats braved the wind and cold temperatures to participate in the rally and support Justice Riggs' efforts.
