Chatham Bridge Brigade

Promoting Pride, Juneteenth, and Voting Rights, the Chatham Bridge Brigade was back in action in Pittsboro, NC on Saturday morning, June 20, 2026 and was met with friendly waves and honking horns of support and approval from passing motorists and even the occasional pedestrian and bicyclist up on the bridge.

Locally the Chatham Bridge Brigade is part of the Triangle Unified Bridge Brigade which in turn participates with Operation Overpass in 20 states. Each participating group presents messages to motorists that promote our constitutional democracy.
