On the third and final day of their visit to Chatham County, the Buddhist monks exited Pittsboro and headed to Apex and beyond. This is day 90 of their 2,300 mile “Walk for Peace” from Ft. Worth, Texas to Washington, DC.

Early in the morning, the Chatham Bridge Brigade bid the monks farewell as they continue their journey on foot.

Aloka, The Peace Dog, was riding as co-pilot in the support RV.
