We are shaping Chatham County’s rapidly growing suburban development while preserving the charm of our rural character.
Our Priorities
The Chatham County Democratic Party is united by our shared priorities of equity, fairness, freedom, human rights, the environment, women's reproductive rights, gun safety and reasonable government.
We are united with Democrats across the state in our fight to ensure that all North Carolinians have a fair shot at a good life, regardless of their background, where they came from, economic status, or who they love.

Education opens the door to better opportunities. We are committed to strengthening K-12 education in our public schools.

Women have the right to make their own medical and reproductive decisions without interference from politicians.
Affordable Health Care
Health care is a right not a privilege. Democrats created the Affordable Care Act that expanded medical insurance coverage and brought Medicaid expansion to NC.
